Viewing provider details

See how to access and review provider details, update key information, and navigate the different sections within a provider profile.

You view provider details in Provider Manager to verify credentials, check availability, and ensure accurate, compliant information for care coordination.

  1. From the Provider Directory, click a provider row.

  2. Review the header banner for provider name, CQC ID, and status.

  3. Toggle Priority Provider by clicking the star icon.

  4. Navigate through sections: Provider Information, Location Information, Contact Information, Internal Notes, Services and Support, Integration References, Provider Returns.

  5. Click Edit in any section to update details.

  6. Save changes or cancel.
