Using the Provider Directory

Get familiar with the Provider Directory and discover how to search, filter, and review provider information efficiently.

The Provider Directory is a centralised database that stores accurate, up-to-date details about healthcare providers such as names, specialties, locations, and credentials.

📌 Note: You can hover over a provider name so that you can preview the card quickly.

  1. Click Provider Directory in the sidebar.

  2. Review the KPI dashboard cards at the top and click a card to filter providers by that metric.

  3. Use the search bar to find providers by name, CQC ID, or location.

  4. Apply filters from the dropdown menus: Status, Service Type, CQC Rating, Regulation, Priority.

  5. Click Clear Filters to reset all filters.

  6. Scroll through the provider table; use pagination controls at the bottom to navigate pages.
