Understanding CQC integration

CQC integration connects your system with the Care Quality Commission to automatically update provider details, verify compliance, and ensure accurate regulatory data.

  1. When adding a regulated provider, enter the CQC Location ID.

  2. Click Lookup Provider to fetch data from CQC.

  3. Confirm auto-populated fields; these are locked for editing.

  4. If lookup fails, check the ID format and retry.

  5. Contact support if errors persist.
