You can use the Manage Providers area in Settings to search and filter your provider list, perform bulk status updates, and mark providers as priority. You'll need Administrator permissions to access this area.
⚠️ Important: You'll need Administrator permissions to manage providers via Settings.
Find a provider
To search and filter your provider list, follow these steps.
Click Settings, then click Manage Providers.
Enter a provider name or identifier in the Search bar.
Select the filters you need from the following options:
Status — filter by Active, Inactive, or Suspended.
Service type — filter by the type of service the provider delivers.
Priority — filter to show priority providers only.
Click Apply Filters to update the results.
📌 Note: Click Clear Filters to reset all filters and return to the full provider list.
Bulk update provider status
To update the status of multiple providers at once, follow these steps.
Click Settings, then click Manage Providers.
Select the checkboxes next to the providers you want to update.
Click Bulk Update.
Select the new status from the dropdown:
Active — the provider is operational.
Inactive — the provider has stopped operating.
Suspended — the provider is temporarily prevented from operating.
Click Confirm to apply the changes.
⚠️ Important: Bulk status updates apply to all selected providers immediately. Review your selection carefully before confirming.
Mark a provider as priority
To mark a provider as priority, follow these steps.
Click Settings, then click Manage Providers.
Find the provider you need using the search bar or filters.
Turn on the Priority Provider toggle next to the provider record.
📌 Note: Priority providers are highlighted in the Provider Directory, making them easier to identify at a glance.
