5. Click Clear filters to reset and start a new search.

Good and poor practice
Good practice
Use partial name searches when you are unsure of the exact provider name — results will still return matching providers.
Combine multiple filters to narrow your results quickly, for example filtering by service type and CQC rating together.
Use the location filter to focus your search on a specific area when managing a large provider network.
Review the document count in search results to quickly identify providers with attached knowledge or compliance documents.
Poor practice
Searching without filters when managing a large network, which can return too many results and make it harder to find the right provider.
Relying on full name searches only, which may miss providers with slightly different registered names.
Not using the CQC rating filter when looking for high-performing providers, which means manually reviewing each result.
Summary
The search and discovery tools in Access Provider Intelligence make it quick and easy to find any provider in your network. Using the search bar alongside filters for service type, CQC rating, provider type, and location will help you locate the right providers efficiently and take action directly from the search results.
