Request a visualisation
You can request visualisations using plain language in the chat. The more specific your request, the more targeted your chart.
Click the chat input in Access Provider Intelligence.
Type your question or request, for example:
'Show me a bar chart of care homes by rating.'
'Visualise providers by location.'
'Pivot table of providers by service type.'
Press Enter to submit your request.
Review the visualisation generated on screen.
🤓 Tip: The more specific your request, the more targeted your chart. For example, try 'Care homes in London by Care Quality Commission (CQC) rating' for a focused result.
Understand your visualisation
Each visualisation type presents data differently to help you analyse and compare provider information.
Charts
Charts show distribution and trends instantly, for example the number of providers with each CQC rating. Colour-coded values make it easy to identify performance at a glance:
Outstanding — green.
Good — blue.
Requires Improvement — amber.
Inadequate — red.
Tables
Tables allow you to compare detailed data side by side across multiple providers or data points.
Download and share a visualisation
You can download any visualisation and its underlying data to share with colleagues or use in reports.
Click Download on the visualisation panel, or type your export request in the chat, for example 'Export this as PDF.'
Select your preferred file format from the following options:
Portable Document Format (PDF).
Excel spreadsheet (XLSX).
Word document (DOCX).
Comma-Separated Values (CSV).
Plain text file (TXT).
Click Confirm to generate and download the file.
