Good and poor practice

Good practice

  • Review Messenger threads before provider meetings or inspections to ensure you have full context on recent communications.

  • Use the integrated search to find specific topics or participants across all Messenger content, rather than scrolling through sessions manually.

  • Check for highlighted action items after reviewing a Messenger session to ensure all follow-ups are captured and actioned promptly.

Poor practice

  • Relying solely on Messenger content without cross-referencing internal notes or uploaded documents, which may give an incomplete picture of the provider.

  • Skipping Messenger reviews when preparing for an inspection or report, which risks missing urgent communications or flagged concerns.

Summary

The Access Messenger integration in Access Provider Intelligence brings all provider communications, alerts, and collaborative notes into one centralised location. By reviewing Messenger sessions, searching for specific topics, and following up on highlighted action items, you can stay informed and ensure nothing is missed across your provider network.
