Good and poor practice

Good practice

  • Review NotesCentre summaries before conducting an inspection or drafting a report to ensure you have full context on the provider.

  • Use the integrated search to find specific topics across all knowledge items, rather than scrolling through individual summaries manually.

  • Check the date and author of each summary to ensure you are referencing the most up-to-date information.

Poor practice

  • Relying on a single NotesCentre summary without cross-referencing uploaded documents or internal notes, which may give an incomplete picture of the provider.

  • Skipping the knowledge search when preparing for an inspection, which risks missing important historical context or flagged concerns.

Summary

The Access NotesCentre integration in Access Provider Intelligence brings clinical, operational, and inspection insights directly into your provider records. By using the integrated search and reviewing highlighted findings, you can prepare for inspections, draft reports, and make informed decisions more efficiently.
