The Mosaic integration lets your completed summaries populate case notes and forms in Access Mosaic, so you do not have to copy and paste between systems. From NotesCentre, you send the completed summary across and it populates the relevant case note or form fields in Mosaic.
⚠️ Important: The Mosaic integration is an optional add-on and requires configuration. If you cannot see the option to send a note to Mosaic, contact your system administrator to check whether the integration is enabled for your organisation.
Select the completed note from your notes list.
Review the summary carefully and make any corrections needed before sending.
Click the option to send the note to Mosaic from the action buttons in the detail panel.
The summary populates the relevant case note or form fields in Mosaic.
⚠️ Warning: Always review the content once it is in Mosaic before saving. Once saved, it becomes part of the official case record.
