If you see an error in Access Provider Manager, use this article to identify the cause and follow the steps to resolve it. If the issue persists after following these steps, raise a case with the support team.
Authentication errors
You may see an authentication error if your session has expired or your login credentials are no longer valid.
Click Reauthenticate when prompted.
You will be redirected to your parent workspace login page.
Enter your credentials, then click Sign in.
Once signed in, you will return to Access Provider Manager automatically
📌 Note: If you are redirected to a blank page or see a 'Session expired' message, close your browser, reopen it, and try signing in again.
Application Programming Interface errors
An Application Programming Interface (API) error occurs when Access Provider Manager cannot communicate with an external system or service.
Wait a few seconds, then retry the action.
If the error appears again, refresh the page and try once more.
Check your internet connection is stable.
⚠️ Important: If the API error persists after retrying, raise a case with the support team and include the error message you see on screen.
Validation errors
A validation error appears when a form or field contains missing or incorrect information that must be corrected before you can continue.
Review the highlighted fields on screen — these are marked in red.
Correct the information in each highlighted field.
Ensure all required fields are completed before submitting.
Click Submit once all fields are valid.

Not found errors
A not found error appears when the page or record you are trying to view no longer exists or cannot be located.
Click Back in your browser to return to the previous page.
Use the Search bar to search for the provider or record again.
Check the spelling of your search term and try again if needed.
📌 Note: If you believe the record should exist, check with your Administrator to confirm it has not been deleted or deactivated.
