The Campaigns section is your tool for engaging care providers in a coordinated, trackable way. By running campaigns, you can efficiently request information, share updates, conduct surveys, promote initiatives, and manage compliance tasks across multiple providers all while monitoring responses and ensuring follow-through.

Key Features

  • Create Campaigns: Build campaigns for information requests, compliance reminders, surveys, or updates.

  • Flexible Recipient Selection: Target individual providers or groups based on location, rating, or service type.

  • Custom Messaging: Use templates or write your own messages.

  • Form Integration: Attach forms for providers to complete digitally as part of the campaign.

  • Scheduling: Send immediately or schedule for a later date.

  • Automated Reminders: Set reminders for non-responders.

  • Response Tracking: Monitor which providers have responded and follow up as needed.

  • Reporting & Export: Analyse campaign results with built-in charts and export summaries/data for further review.
