Set an answer threshold for a standard
You can now set a minimum number of questions that need answering within a standard before it can be rated: a rating and evidence, or a Not Applicable, both count. Once that minimum is hit, the rest of the standard's questions can be left blank and the assessment can still go through. Configure it from the standard's edit screen in the template builder. This is set separately for your organisation, so it will not affect anyone else's setup.
Mark specific questions as mandatory
Need a question to always be answered, no matter what? You can now flag individual questions as mandatory from the same edit screen. A mandatory question has to be answered before its standard can be rated, even if the threshold above has already been met by other questions, useful for anything safeguarding related that should never get skipped. Nothing changes until you switch it on, it is off by default for every question.
Add a private note to any assessment question
Assessors can now attach a private note to any question on an assessment. It is visible only internally in Provider Manager, the provider never sees it, so it is a good place for context, reasoning, or a reminder that does not belong in the shared record.
Heads up: none of this carries over automatically from your old PAMMS setup. You will want to set your thresholds and mandatory questions fresh in Provider Manager.

Question text was getting cut off. Long questions in assessments used to truncate, and you had to hover to read the rest. They now show in full straight away.
Line breaks in help text were not showing up. Guidance text with line breaks looked fine while you were writing it, but flattened into one block once it appeared in a live assessment. It now displays exactly as written.
