Working with internal notes

Find out how to add, edit, and manage internal notes to keep confidential information and follow-up actions organised.

The internal notes section is for recording confidential information or follow-up actions that are only visible to internal staff.

  1. Open the provider details page.

  2. Scroll to Internal Notes.

  3. Click Add Note and enter text in the rich text editor.

  4. Click Save.

  5. Edit or delete notes using the buttons next to each note.

  6. Notes are private to your organisation.
