NotesCentre runs entirely in your web browser — there is nothing to download or install. Before you begin, check that your setup meets the requirements below.
Browser and internet requirements
NotesCentre works in the following browsers:
Chrome.
Edge.
Firefox.
Safari.
You will need a stable internet connection to use NotesCentre. Without one, you will not be able to create, process, or access your notes.
Microphone access
To record a voice note, your browser will need permission to use your microphone. The first time you start a recording, your browser will ask you to allow microphone access.
⚠️ Important: If you deny microphone access, you will not be able to record audio. To fix this, update your browser's microphone permissions in your device settings and try again.
Signing in
NotesCentre uses Access Identity for sign-in. If your organisation has single sign-on configured, your existing Access credentials will carry you straight through without an additional prompt.
📌 Note: You can reach NotesCentre either directly in your browser or from the Products area in Access Evo, depending on how your organisation has set it up.
