Provider Intelligence’s knowledge base & document intelligence features are designed to streamline access to key documents, internal notes, and summarised information about any provider in the system.

This ensures users can quickly find, reference, and use critical organisational knowledge to support decision making and provider management.

Key Features

Unified Knowledge Hub

  • Centralises all knowledge related to a provider, including:

    • Uploaded documents (e.g., policies, reports, contracts, audit results)

    • Internal notes and clinical summaries.

    • Summaries from the Notes Centre.

  • Accessible directly from each provider’s detail page.

Intelligent Search & Semantic Analysis

  • Natural language search allows you to ask questions (e.g., “Show me the latest safeguarding policy for Sunrise Care Home”).

  • Searches across:

    • Uploaded documents (PDFs, Word, Excel)

    • Internal notes.

    • Summarised dictation or clinical notes from the Notes Centre.

Document Types Supported

  • PDF, DOCX (Word), XLSX (Excel), TXT.

  • Knowledge items are tagged so you can filter by type (e.g., see only policies, only contracts, etc.).

Notes Centre Integration

  • Automatically aggregates and summarises provider notes, including clinical dictations.

  • Delivers clear, concise summaries for fast reference—no need to search through lengthy notes.

Secure and Organisationally Scoped

  • Only users within your organisation can see your private documents and notes.

  • Notes and documents are not shared with providers or external users by default.
