Provider Intelligence enables you to quickly generate, export, and download a range of reports and documents based on provider data, analysis, and visualisations. This feature helps you create professional, shareable outputs for meetings, audits, reviews, and compliance purposes.

What Can You Generate?

  • Provider Reports: Summarised data and analysis for a specific care provider.

  • Provider Lists: Tabular or detailed lists of multiple providers based on your chosen filters.

  • Statistical Summaries: Overviews of key metrics (e.g., CQC ratings, service types, locations).

  • Custom Analyses: Any specific data view or analysis you create within the platform—including charts and tables.

Supported Formats

  • PDF: Professional reports ready for sharing or printing.

  • Excel (XLSX): Data exports suitable for further analysis.

  • Word (DOCX): Documents you can edit and annotate.

  • CSV & TXT: For quick data integration elsewhere.

How to Generate a Report or Document

  1. Go to the area of Provider Intelligence that contains the data you want to export (such as the provider list, provider details, or analytics dashboard).

  2. Apply any necessary filters or customise your view to focus on the specific providers, data, or time frame you want included. Make sure any charts or tables you want in your report are visible.

  3. Click the “Export,” “Download,” or “Generate Report” button, usually found at the top or bottom of the data panel.

  4. Choose your preferred file format (PDF, Excel, Word, CSV, or TXT) for the report or document.

  5. Review your selection if prompted, and then confirm to generate the document. Please note it may take a moment for larger data sets.

  6. When the document is ready, a download button or link will appear in the chat or on screen. Click to download the file to your device.

  7. Open and review your document. You can then share it with colleagues or use it as needed.

🤓Tip: Any graphs or tables you view in the platform can be included automatically in your export.
