This feature is designed to improve efficiency, enabling you to access clinical, operational, and inspection insights all in one place, directly linked to each provider.
How to Access NotesCentre Integration
Locate a Provider Record:
Use the Provider Intelligence search or browse functionality to find the provider of interest.
Click into the provider’s details page.
Open the Knowledge Section:
Within the provider’s details view, navigate to the Knowledge or NotesCentre tab/section (names may vary depending on platform version).
View NotesCentre Summaries:
You will see a list of available knowledge items, including NotesCentre summaries, policy documents, reports, and Messenger extracts.
NotesCentre summaries are clearly labelled and may include the date, author, and a short excerpt.
Search Across Knowledge:
Use the integrated search bar to enter keywords (e.g., “falls risk”, “medication errors”, “recent inspection”).
Results will include relevant NotesCentre summaries as well as matches from uploaded files and internal notes.
Review Detailed Summaries & Highlights:
Click on any NotesCentre summary to expand and view the full processed text.
Key findings, issues, or recommendations appear as highlighted text for quick reference.
