The Reference Library is a place to keep reference documents that support your work, such as policy guidance or documentation standards. You can browse the library and open a document to read it, keeping the material you need close to where you are writing your notes.
Navigating the library
The Reference Library is organised into tabs, for example My Documents, Organisation, Templates, and Moderate. Each tab groups documents by type or ownership, making it easy to find what you need.
Use the search box to find a document by name.
Select a document from the list to open it in the viewer panel on the right.
The viewer panel shows the document's text, version, and effective date.
How the Reference Library supports the Compare tool
The Reference Library also underpins the Compare feature. When you run a comparison, you can pull a reference document directly from the library to use as the standard your documentation is measured against.
