The Compare feature measures a piece of documentation against a reference standard and returns AI-generated feedback. This helps practitioners and managers check that documentation meets the required standard before it is finalised. Compare is reached from Features then Compare.
Run a comparison
Click Features then Compare.
Select the document you want to review in the Document to Review field. You can select from an existing note, upload a document, pull one from the Reference Library, or paste content in directly.
Select the reference standard you want to compare against in the Reference Standard field. The same options are available as in step 2.
Click Run Comparison. The tool returns an Overall Quality Score along with the Strengths it found, the Gaps it identified, and supporting Findings.
⚠️ Important: Always review the comparison results carefully. The AI feedback is a guide to help you improve your documentation — you remain responsible for the final record.
Save a comparison to history
Comparisons are not saved automatically. To keep a record of a comparison, save it to your history.
After running a comparison, click Save to History on the results screen.
Click Features then Compare, and select the History tab to view your saved comparisons.
Each saved comparison shows the score, a short snippet of the inputs, and a timestamp.
Select a saved comparison to review it again, or delete it if it is no longer needed.
📌 Note: Deleted comparisons cannot be recovered. Make sure you no longer need a comparison before deleting it.
