Conversation Guides are managed from Features then Conversation Guide. This lists every guide your organisation has set up, showing how many sections and questions each one contains and when it was last modified.
Create a guide manually
Click Features then Conversation Guide.
Click + Add new guide.
Enter a name in the Guide name field.
Click + Add Section, then enter a name for the section.
Enter your first question in the question field.
Click + Add follow-up point if you want to add extra prompts underneath the question.
Click + Add question to add further questions to the same section.
Click + Add Section to add further sections to the guide.
Click Save guide to save, or Cancel to discard.
Create a guide using AI
You can also generate a guide automatically by uploading a document. NotesCentre uses the content of the file to generate sections and questions for you.
Click Features then Conversation Guide.
Click + Add new guide.
Select the AI generate option.
Drop a file onto the upload area, or click to browse. Accepted file types are .txt, .md, .docx, and .pdf, up to five MB.
5. NotesCentre generates sections and questions from the content of the file.
6. Review the generated guide and make any adjustments needed.
7. Click Save guide to save.
⚠️ Important: Always review AI-generated guides before saving. Questions should be verified for accuracy and appropriateness by a qualified professional.
Edit or delete a guide
Click Features then Conversation Guide.
Select the options menu on the guide you need to edit or delete.
Select Edit to make changes, or Delete to remove the guide.
If editing, make your changes and click Save guide.
📌 Note: Deleting a guide is permanent and cannot be undone. Make sure the guide is no longer needed before deleting it.
