Good and poor practice

Good practice

  • Save complex or multi-step workflows as prompts to ensure they are run consistently every time.

  • Review and update your saved prompts regularly to ensure they reflect your current processes and requirements.

  • Pin your most frequently used prompts to your home dashboard to reduce the time spent searching for them.

Poor practice

  • Saving prompts without descriptive names, making it difficult for you or colleagues to identify the right one quickly.

  • Keeping outdated prompts in your library, which can cause confusion and inconsistency across your team.
