The My Notes screen is where all of your notes live. It uses a two-part layout: a list of your notes on the left and a detail panel on the right that shows the content of whichever note you select.
The notes list
Each entry in the notes list shows:
An icon indicating whether the note came from audio, text, or a file upload.
The note name.
The template applied, if there is one.
The date and time of input.
A status badge showing whether the note is Draft, Processing, or Complete.
Selecting an entry opens it in the detail panel.
Filter chips
Above the notes list you will see a row of filter chips. These let you narrow the list down quickly, for example to show only your drafts or only your completed notes. The chips are dynamic, so they reflect what is actually in your list rather than showing empty categories. Select a chip to filter the list, and select it again to clear the filter.
Search
A search bar at the top of the list lets you find notes by name, with results narrowing as you type.
The detail panel
The detail panel on the right shows the content of the selected note. What you see depends on the note's status:

Draft | The audio player or a text preview, an editable note name, the template selector, and the option to submit for an AI summary. |
Complete | The audio player where relevant, the ability to switch between the summary and the original content, the rich text editor with its formatting toolbar, and the action buttons for saving, downloading, and managing the note. |
đ Note: Notes update on their own. When the AI finishes processing, a note moves to Complete automatically â you do not need to refresh the page.
