The My Notes screen includes filter chips and a search bar to help you find notes quickly without scrolling through your full list.
Filter your notes
Filter chips appear above the notes list and let you narrow the list down by status, for example to show only your drafts or only your completed notes.
Go to the My Notes screen.
Select a filter chip above the notes list, for example Draft or Complete.
The list updates to show only notes matching that status.
Select the same chip again to clear the filter and return to the full list.
đ Note: Filter chips are dynamic â they only show categories that exist in your current list. If a chip is not visible, you have no notes with that status.
Search your notes
The search bar at the top of the notes list lets you find notes by name.
Go to the My Notes screen.
Click the search bar at the top of the notes list.
Type the name of the note you are looking for. The list narrows as you type.
Select the note from the results to open it in the detail panel.
