Complex cases are rarely captured in a single sitting. You might have a phone call, a home visit, and a team discussion that all belong in one assessment. Combine Inputs lets you bring several notes together — whether audio, text, or a mix — and process them into a single AI summary rather than working through them one by one.
Go to the My Notes screen.
Select the notes you want to combine. You can combine drafts, completed notes, or previously combined notes.
Enter a name for the combined note.
Select a template from the Template dropdown.
Click Submit for AI Summary. NotesCentre processes the selected notes as one, synthesising the content into a single output against your chosen template.
📌 Note: The combination summary panel lists the inputs you have chosen in order, so you can see exactly what has gone into the result.
⚠️ Warning: When several inputs are brought together, check the result carefully. If different inputs contain conflicting details, these need to be resolved before the note is finalised.
