Produce multiple summaries from one input in NotesCentre

Steps to produce more than one summary from a single note input in NotesCentre.

Written by Billy Dilks

Sometimes a single conversation needs to produce more than one piece of documentation, for example a case note for your case management system and a separate visit summary for your own records. NotesCentre lets you select multiple templates before submitting, creating a separate note for each one — all drawn from the same source input.

  1. Open the draft note from your notes list.

  2. Confirm or edit the note name.

  3. Select the first template from the Template dropdown.

  4. Select any additional templates you need. The selector updates to show the names of the templates you have chosen, or a count if you have selected three or more.

  5. Click Submit for AI Summary. NotesCentre creates a separate note for each template selected and a confirmation tells you how many have been created.

⚠️ Warning: Once you submit a draft with multiple templates, the original draft is replaced by the separate notes and cannot be recovered. Make sure you have selected everything you need before submitting.
