Quick Actions is a section of the Home screen that gives administrators fast access to the settings and reporting areas they use most. Rather than navigating through menus, you can reach the most common administrative tasks directly from the Home screen in a single click.
đ Note: Quick Actions is only visible to users with an administrator role. If you cannot see it on your Home screen, your account does not have the required permissions. Contact your system administrator if you need access.
The Quick Actions area includes shortcuts to the following:
Quick action | What it does |
Create Conversation Guide | Opens the Conversation Guide builder so you can create a new guide for your organisation. |
Manage Templates | Opens the Template Builder so you can create, edit, or delete templates. |
View Reports | Opens the Usage Reports dashboard so you can review activity across your organisation. |
Manage Users | Opens the user management area so you can add, edit, or remove user accounts. |
