Once a provider has accepted the assessment and the status has moved to Agreed, you can finalise the assessment and share the result. Finalising locks the assessment and gives you two options: publish the rating publicly or generate an action plan from the findings.
Finalise the assessment
When you're happy with the agreed rating and all comments have been reviewed:
Click Quality Assurance in the left-hand navigation, then click Manage Assessments.
Open the assessment with an Agreed status.
Review the final rating and all comments one last time.
If you still have questions, click Send Back to return the assessment to the provider for further clarification.
When you're satisfied, click Finalise to complete the assessment.
📌 Note: Once you click Finalise, the assessment status changes to Complete and the final overall rating is automatically shared with the provider in their Access Provider Gateway.
Share the result
A finalised assessment gives you two further actions:
Publish to Public Rating Site: share the agreed rating publicly so it's visible on your public rating site.
Generate Action Plan: create an action plan directly from the assessment findings to help the provider improve.

🤓 Tip: As soon as the assessment is finalised, the provider sees the final overall rating in their Access Provider Gateway — you don't need to take any additional steps to share it with them.
