The Form Renderer displays these outputs as a clear, field-by-field layout so you can review each part in context rather than reading one long passage.
Reviewing a Form Renderer output
When a note uses a template that produces a Form Renderer output, the detail panel displays the summary as a series of individual fields rather than a single block of text.
Select the completed note from your notes list.
Review each field in the detail panel. The structure reflects the sections of the assessment form the template is mapped to.
Make any corrections directly within each field.
Click Save to keep your changes.
How Form Renderer outputs are used
The field-by-field structure carries through when the content is used in your case management system, so each field populates the correct place in the form rather than appearing as a single block of text.
